Local History Collection

Our Kapunda Branch holds an extensive local history collection that includes books, newspaper articles and original births, deaths and marriages registers for the district.

The local history collection is located upstairs in the Thomson Building and can be accessed during normal library hours. The collection may be unavailable on rare occasions due to other library activities. If you’re planning a visit from far away, you can call the library on 08 8525 3290 to confirm availability.
